Question:

Where can I find the reference key that is requested during purchase?

Answer:

The Reference Key is generated by Merak Mail Server the first time you set up the software. Therefor, each installation at a new PC will generate a unique Reference Key.

You can find your unique Reference Key in the Merak Configuration program folder called Info as follows:
