Service? - We do not provide dial up service
at this time. We are an Internet presence
provider and give you access to the internet
backbone for hosting purposes only.
How should you setup Web Connection web
site if you are going to run Front Page
Extensions? - First of all, We do support this
for our COM server hosting. Make sure to setup your web site
first and do not select execute permissions
for your base site. Setup a virtual
directory that has execute rights. This
is where your wc.dll and wc.ini files
reside. You should also set application
protection to Low (IIS process).
FontPage will not publish the site if the root
has execute rights.
How do you do your billing for web sites
and development. - We do monthly billing for
those customers that are on month to month or
annual contracts. IF there are services
rendered or setup fees, those are charged via
credit card at the completion of those
services. Certain jobs are quoted on a
per contract basis. Those type jobs are
paid 50% up front prior to any work starting
and then at an agreed upon point 25% is paid
and when the work is completed the final
payment is made.
